Gastenhuis Deurnink is available for rent on a weekly basis only (from Friday to Friday) for a maximum of 2 adults;

Check-in between 16:00 - 18:00, check-out between 09:00 - 11:00

Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.

Deposit of € 500.00 to be paid immediately after booking to bank account NL80 INGB 0003 1794 04 in the name of Pouw and/or Ruyter in Amsterdam

The remaining costs + € 300.00 security deposit must be transferred to the same account no later than 1 month before arrival.

The security deposit will be refunded to you (provided the property is undamaged) within 2 weeks after check-out.


We apply the following cancellation conditions:

• If you cancel within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount and the deposit (if applicable). Have you emailed us but not yet received a response? Don't worry, we will consider the date you sent your email to us as the cancellation date.

• For cancellations up to the 42nd day before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee amounts to 30% of the total travel cost.

• For cancellations from the 42nd to the 28th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee amounts to 60% of the total travel cost.

• For cancellations from the 28th day up to the first day of the stay, the cancellation fee amounts to 90% of the total travel cost.

• For cancellations on the first day of the stay or later, the cancellation fee amounts to 100% of the total travel cost.

Please note:

• The total travel cost here refers to the basic rental price plus all extra costs (excluding the deposit).

• The booking is only final and the rental agreement concluded once the landlord has approved the booking request and 24 hours have passed.

• The statutory right of withdrawal is excluded with regard to the rental of holiday homes. If a booking (request) needs to be cancelled or withdrawn, please let us know as soon as possible.

• If you have taken out insurance and had to cancel your reservation due to a valid and demonstrable reason covered by the insurance, you may be entitled to a refund. Please contact your insurance company regarding this.

• For a rescheduled booking, we apply the initial arrival date. If your booking has been moved to a later date and you have to cancel the booking later than the original arrival date, the cancellation costs amount to 100%.

• We apply the cancellation date on which the cancellation was communicated to us

For example; if you send us an email on August 10 to cancel and we see your email the next day, August 11, we will take August 10 as the cancellation date. Example: You book a cottage on January 5, 2023, for the period of October 10–12, 2023. On January 7, the landlord approves the booking; at that moment, you have 24 hours to cancel your booking free of charge. If you cancel the booking on January 22, the cancellation fee amounts to 30% of the total travel cost.
